====Consequences==== '''Consequence:''' the system used to track lasting damage that persists after a fight. There are 3 tiers of consequences, Mild, Moderate, and Severe, corresponding to 2, 4, and 6 points of damage. Unlike stress, consequences last after combat and can take multiple sessions to heal fully. Consequences are Aspects, and as such can be invoked and compelled in the same way any other Aspect can. Unlike Stress, consequences are not tracked separately for physical and mental damage. Example: The pirate in the Stress example chooses to take the hit as a Mild consequence, taking an axe swing to one arm as a '''Flesh Wound'''. As this is an aspect, Jeroy or another combatant could invoke this on the next round for a +2 to their attack roll, pressing the disadvantage created by the accumulation of damage to try to finish the fight.
