*Deific Power for a dead deity still exists based on followers, the mantle can be taken up by a suitable vessel, the more powerful the dead deity was, the less suitable the vessel needs to be for the divine spark to possess it.
*Deities can be raised by killing another and immediately supplanting their power or by being raised by a higher powered deity
