Their willingness and ability to go toe to toe with older and larger criminal organizations have quickly led them to becoming de facto rulers of the eastern districts, formerly the Entertainment district. The group is currently led by halfling Hungar Winterswatch, a '''Former Crown Guard''', who publicly renounced his commission guarding the Imperial palace for unknown reasons shortly after the Collapse, taking over the group and moving their operations from the southern slums. Their goals beyond control and coin are currently unknown.
