Aicath de Ashok is a Shadar-Kai we encountered in the Shadowfell while on a diplomatic mission for the House of Time. Aicath agreed to leave the Shadowfell and present himself to the Magistery as a candidate for Initiation. Aicath is an accomplished "Whisper," a rogue type, and he has agreed to bring with him The Book of Whispers, his remembered knowledge of how Shadar-Kai rogues channel power from the Plane of Shadows.
