Frustrated with the idea that those with so little couldn’t give away what little they had and therefore could not be saved she renounced her faith, took the knowledge of healing she had, and formed the Red Elixir. Now shunned from her former circles she must rely on other means and networks to raise funds and secure supplies for those in need.

The Gith Enclave
House Ottah
Ancient, Respected Zealots, led by house patron Taura Ottah
Notable members include Sontah, the high priest, and Haversath Ottah, a gifted scholar who is a bit naïve.
The Followers of Taiia
The Guild of Stoneworkers
The Guild of Stoneworkers is an artisan's guild comprising a large fraction of masons, sculptors, and general laborers in Solace who take pride in being Artists of Earth and Stone. They are ostensibly led by Stonefather Rapha Splinterson, Teenage Prodigy, who has reluctantly stepped up to lead the guild in the wake of the Collapse and the death of his mentor, the previous guild leader. Known as much for their arrogance as the quality of their work, the guild is widely known to have Flint Chips on their Shoulders and be difficult to work with, best exemplified by Stonebrother Vaulter, the Stealth Sculptor, known prior to the collapse for their outlandish and temporary sculptures placed around the city without being seen. Their goal is Total Control of all Stonework in the city, a goal pursued in part by Stonesister Sedar, Half-orc Fabricator.
House deVries
A well-established noble house whose ancestral lands lie to the south-southeast of Solace, House deVries are Philanthropic Nobles, under the current leadership of Lord Jakob Mog deVries, a Man of the People, whose goals for Solace are explicitly and publicly to Create a Shining City on a (Floating) Hill. A family with a high profile and a role in Parliament, they are represented there by Alistair de Vries, a Pragmatic and Savvy Politican, who, especially now in the tumultuous time since the Collapse, seeks to push the house's agenda through via legal channels.
Their Dark Secret, whatever it may be, is currently unknown.
The Shadowed Bones
A Rough and Vicious Thieves Guild that formed just a few years before the Collapse, the Shadowed Bones have already made a name for themselves due to their cutthroat nature. Their willingness and ability to go toe to toe with older and larger criminal organizations have quickly led them to becoming de facto rulers of the eastern districts, formerly the Entertainment district. The group is currently led by halfling Hungar Winterswatch, a Former Crown Guard, who publicly renounced his commission guarding the Imperial palace for unknown reasons shortly after the Collapse, taking over the group and moving their operations from the southern slums. Their goals beyond control and coin are currently unknown.
Their Dark Secret, whatever it may be, is currently unknown.
The Magistery (Tower)
In addition to the Magistery Tower in Solace, Eomas is also home to the Magistery Edifice in Windy Bluff, and the Magistery Citadel in Aina, as well as two outposts on Song & Sorrow, the Magistery Canticle in Citaduin, and the Magistery Castellum in Sanctum Nocturnum.
