Vuduin Vapetor

Vuduin is the Count of Vapetor Province , southeast of Solace. He has one daughter, Etenaela Vapetor who he hopes soon to bind to the service of [[Queen Finiona]] as one of her ladies-in-waiting. Vapetor Province is comprised mostly of rich farmland, and as such generates significant tax revenue for the empire. Vuduin enjoys both the wealth and influence that goes along with that.
