Velah

Velah is an Ancient Red Dragon that has a lair near the Winterlands, the Vault of Night. She sometimes takes the form of a woman with red hair. She was working with the leader of House Kundarak to uncover the secrets of the dragonshards.

In researching Arach of House Kundrak Jeroy has found out the following: Arach had a favorite bar in Solace itself, after circulating his description some we have learned that he was in fact a frequent patron of the Bogwater tavern, a moderately popular docktown bar, and was apparently seen meeting with a beautiful red haired woman on a regular basis.
