Valas

Little is known about Valas, other than he is a suspected cell leader of the Black Ice Gang and that he is likely tasked by the Gang (or possibly by the Spider Queen Lolth herself) with collecting Ingredients for something called The Chaos Curse.

He may be sponsoring other expeditions into the ruins of Old Solace in order to collect these ingredients: through Investigation, we learned of a drow cell that we suspect to be reporting to him recruiting in the slums to go on an expedition into the old Solace ruins. We have located their likely point of entry into the Old Solace ruins, and while it is unclear what they are looking for, based on the remaining ingredients we surmise based on creatures that are known to inhabit similar environments (underground, plenty of abandoned resources to consume, and a wide network of unexplored and explored tunnels) that they are likely hunting Rust Monsters.
