The Vault
The vault allows any of its signatories to withdraw up to 10% of its funds without requiring additional signatories. Larger withdrawals are subject to a cooling period of 48 hours for objections to be made (out of character, this means you will announce your withdrawal in the solace-collapse slack channel and the entire party has two days to make objections, if there are three objections then your withdrawal is considered denied)
