The Draegloth is creature native to the Underdark. They seem to have both fiend and Drow in their ancestry and follow a "Mother" named Halisstra. The Draegloth is a fierce opponent, attacking very quickly with claws and teeth. It seems to have some innate spellcasting ability, and is resistant at least to fire attacks.
They are intelligent, and can speak at least common and undercommon, and can be compelled to serve someone that knows their true name. They are formed of a ritual by a Drow female and a Demon, creating a "child" of half-demon and half-drow. Their demon half is the reason that compels them to serve if they are called upon by their true name. A Draegloth recently surrendered to a Magistery party (see Game-Summaries:3/10 Recollections) and told an unlikely tale of the Underdark being abandoned by Lolth and its inhabitants searching the planes for a new home. This Draegloth promised to send an emissary to the Magistery to discuss this.
