Gramph is Rezik's white dragon companion.

At the magistery, Rezik has been using the time between adventures to scribe scroll and explore the markets for magic items.
On one trip to the market, Rezik was shopping for magical ink when he came across a merchant selling what he thought was a rare ostrich egg. It was the right size, but Rezik felt the magical emanations and knew it to be something more.
He quickly bought the egg and brought it back to the Magistery where he started nurturing it with his magic.
The egg hatched while Rezik was writing his latest journal entry about Lord Dyrr and Archmage Gromph. Out of the egg came a small white dragon, surprising Rezik. He knew that he had to imprint onto the dragon and quickly used the name Gramph.

Raising a baby dragon was not easy, but Rezik and Gramph persevered and survived through the baby stage. Gramph was able to grow large enough to survive on her own. She was growing so quickly and becoming a dragon in her own right.

Rezik had heard about Dyrr's ability to age others (it happened to Jeroy, he's definitely an older dwarf now). Here's the memory Rezik found about Dyrr's ability to age others:
You see a large half dragon half humanoid creature wielding a large black onyx staff, you recognize it immediately as the staff that Amon has gained possession of. He is riding a wyvern into battle, alone against a castle. You know this creature by name, Imgig Zu, he jumps off of the dragon and swan dives into the keep, crashing through the ceiling of stone and mortar.
In swift motions he casts a power word kill spell at 12th level against what looks to be the king. He swings his staff at the youngling prince, slamming him against the wall. Imgig walks up to the king, and uses his staff to smash the central massive emerald in the crown. The staff begins to glow, and Imgig walks up to the young prince. He begins to beat him, and with every slam the prince ages by ten years, over and over again until he is an old man. Imgig uses his foot to roll the old frail man over until he is facing him, and then bends down to get close and says "Selune's Eye is mine"
Imgig walks out of the castle, discarding opponents like rag dolls almost carelessly.
It turns out Amon's staff is able to age others, similar to how Dyrr did. Using it Rezik, Amon, and Kaylorr were able to age Gramph. It wasn't straight forward and we almost lost Gramph. Here's what happened... We used Amon's staff to age Gramph and her growth was faster than her ability to grow. We had to quickly cast Resurrection on Gramph, which Kaylor did, but that wasn't enough. We had to quickly find an Adept that could cast Restoration but we couldn't find the diamonds needed for the spell. The three of us ransacked the Magistery and were finally able to find the diamonds needed for the spell.
After the Restoration we let Gramph recover and helped her start to feel comfortable in her new body. We've been practicing and learning how to fly together, Gramph has become very comfortable with Rezik riding her and flying.
