Telerthquessir is also known to be a dragon that spends most of its time in human form. He was seen by Kaylorr diving into a fissure in the Underdark in dragon form

Often referred to by his title Paragon Aeternum or Cosmopolitan, Telerthquessir is the Paragon of the House of Time.
