Baron Tedor Zevane is a mysterious figure, known to us only as a Noble from Solace who has influence over an area west of Shanjiu. We believe he has been arming a troop of Kobolds and enjoining them to "be better." His motives and goals are unknown.

Investigating Baron Zevane

Rezik sat in the center of the tower and prepared. He had ensured he couldn’t be scried and had worked to disguise himself - appearing as a tall figured shrouded in a dark cowl.

He meditated on the Baron’s head servant Arryn, casting Dream to enter his thoughts.

Rezik created a dreamscape to mirror the cavern he had created on the edge of Zevane’s grounds. It was a small cave somewhat hidden. Within the cave was a statue of a hooded figure, looking down upon a single bench. Shadows danced throughout as only a single candle cast light within the cave.

As the dream took hold Arryn appeared at the entrance of the cave. Rezik appeared within the cavern, coalescing from a dark twinkle of shadows. He looked on to Arryn and spoke with a voice that you could hear and feel.

“Arryn, the time has come for me to make my presence known. The destruction of Solace has shown to me that outsiders have begun to interfere with our destiny and that the safety of our followers is in danger. These outsiders mean to destroy the world you live on.”

“I’m calling on you to help stop the incursion. Join my followers and help save your world, your people, your family.”

“All I ask of you is to come to this place every seven days at twilight and speak to me. Pray to me by sharing your secrets and the secrets of those around you. You’ll be rewarded for your deeds in this life and the next.”

“Arryn, the world is on the brink of destruction. Your actions can help save you. The time to act is now.”

In one weeks time an old man looking haggard and tired enters your cavern, well after dusk. "I.....I feel like this is the right place. Hopefully it doesn't hurt me this time."

"This week the Baron attended a secret council meeting. I do not know where and he took no valet, but when he left, he headed Westward."

The next fifteen minutes or so he spends divulging secrets about the staff, largely his suspicions about who is sleeping with whom and other mischievous but unimportant minutiae. After he finishes he collapses and falls to sleep in the cave almost immediately.
