A God Gone Missing?
It has been learned from from various sources that the Spider God-Queen of the Drow, Lolth has fallen silent. The Divine spellcasters among the Drow are unable to cast spells, and the Underdark seems to be collapsing. This has spurred the Drow into seeking refuge in other planes. After unsuccessfull attempts to relocate elsewhere, they have begun an attempt to evacute the Underdark to Eomas. There seem to be a number of competeing Drow Houses and potentially unallied powers leading these efforts:
House Yauntyrr
Led by Danifae, this house seems to be the sponsor of the Black Ice Gang and the eforts to unleash the Chaos Curse on Solace. Led by Halisstra, this house seems to be pursuing a diplomatic solution, they have sent an Envoy to treat with the Magistery and to attempt to negotiate a peaceful transition of Drow into Eomas. Their ultimate goal, whether conquest or peacful coexistance is unclear, however, and it seems unlikely that we have all the information we need to make a decision regarding the threat posed by House Melarn to Solace.
House Agrach Dyrr
The only known memmber of this house is Lord Dyrr, an archlich who seems to have his own agenda related to penetrating the "Seat of Influence" in Solace, the Temple District. His alligiance to any of the other Houses or players is unclear, though it is believed that he created the Staff of Whithering that was carried by Hune.

The Illithids seem to be pursuing the goal of corrupting "The Seat of Power" of Solace, The Magistery, from within. They are attempting to corrupt the Artifact at the heart of the Magistery's training dungeon, in an attempt to infiltrate the Magistery itself. One fairly advanced attempt involving a Mindflayer named Zahn has already been foiled by The Eternal Order. Perhaps most importantly, under questioning Kaanyr reveleaed that the Illithids had their own agenda, and weree in fact responsible in some way for the Silence of Lolth.
