This cult was encountered by a Magistery party while investigating the disappearance of the crew of Captain Jenny Harkens. They proclaim themselves to be the chosen of Shar Ngolyeth and seem to revere Krakens in general, and The Great Kraken in particular. Grandmaster Aetheres stated that they erroneously believe that "the above races taunted The Kraken's awakening so long ago." The Grandmaster Aetheres also believes that there MAY be a connection to Umberlee, the Sea Queen. It isn't known where she inherited her Divine Spark, but she may be related to the cult, and we are "likely to see her ilk again."

A sea captain named Jarzon of The Inheritor led a group of these cultists, but he was eliminated by the Magistery party that encountered him (see Game-Summaries:5/12 Recollections).
